What is committed to us through WhatsApp often doesn't happen when the service personnel arrive. Furthermore, getting a resolution after raising a complaint typically takes a month or longer. Not recommended for town side. Rate High, Payment Negotiations, Consume Time and our energy. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2025-01-25* I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Yesterday, I booked a time slot for today and provided all necessary details through their WhatsApp link, as I live near Thrissur town. To my surprise, another number contacted me yesterday to reconfirm everything. Then, today, I again received a message from yet another number asking for my location and other details. However, just half an hour later, they apologized and said they couldn't make it today due to a non-functional unit. This is absolutely pathetic service. ### 1/5 — Bad: in my experience *2024-07-25* I don’t know about their service. I booked their service for 1:00pm and someone call me said their employee is on leave so, the will arrange the service at 5:00pm. I said, “fine. But, you must come because I have a place to go tomorrow.” If they can’t they should have let me know at the earliest. Guess what, they didn’t came. And, it was too late for me to go to another service centre. The car was a mess after not being washed for almost 2000kms. I booked pexa service the night before at around 8pm. They were wonderful and accepted the booking and got my requirements done in the morning itself. The staff was pleasant and was ready to answer my questions.
