There are no import or export features though. I have many transactions I'd love to import from previous bookkeeping software. But more important is export because apps tend to die. I have no way to retrieve my data if your app stops working.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I understand that exporting is very important to maintain data ownership. Currently the app can export data into a .pexie file, which is in a compressed JSON format. To export the data for a book, swift left on the book and tap "share". The exported file can be imported back into Pexie via the share sheet, too.

I love the simplicity and the design is a QUALITY!!!
