The app wouldn’t allow me to input my home address, defaulting to my neighbours. I put in the notes to please deliver to the correct address and hit confirm, a spinning circle briefly appeared and nothing happened. I tried multiple times, nothing. I then spoke to the chat support who told me to try on the website, I managed to put in the correct address there and confirm the order but it couldn’t find a rider, and after 5 minutes cancelled the order. I tried this three times before realising that my card had been charged three times. Support say the money’s just blocked on my card, I hope they’re correct, but this is still quite an inconvenience if so. It’s asks for last name and when I go to the next step it says I need to complete the required fields which implies the first name is hidden or behind the individual or business buttons.
