It does not matter if you’re always busy working or maybe you don’t have pick up soccer nearby, pezo host games in multiple capital cities in Los Angeles. If that wasn’t enough pezo also host multiple games a day, & everyday. It provides judgment free soccer games, no matter the skills, which is very lovely. Friendly players and organizers. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2023-01-18, version 1.6.1* Great app must have if you love to play Futbol. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No Support or Accountability for Player Safety 👎 *2026-08-31* A player joined our game in Los Angeles without even registering, played in an aggressive and unsportsmanlike way that put other participants at risk, and repeatedly ignored the organizer’s rules. Multiple regular players and the organizer reported the issue to Pezo. Instead of addressing it, Pezo made that same player an organizer. I raised the issue and followed up, but never received a response. Unfortunately, this leaves me with little confidence in Pezo’s customer service or the protections the app is supposed to provide. I’d recommend using one of the other established soccer apps instead. ### 1/5 — Meh *2025-11-01, version 3.3.50* Super hit or miss for LA. Really dependent on the organizers. Sometimes people don’t even show up. Some of the fees are pretty ridiculous, and there are random times people play for free, seemingly if you know an organizer I guess. Charging people to play soccer at free to play parks. Stating that they have organizers but always on their phone not officiating games. Monopoly that really is taking advantage of people who want to introduce fitness into their life by making them pay for it. BOYCOTT ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2026-04-17* The app works by giving credits to organizers to facilitate the game. The issue in hand is that these organizers collects these credits and sometimes are a no show to the game. Ruins the ambiance and have to find someone else to facilitate with timing. It has served me greatly in a multitude of ways. First off, it has enabled my reconnection with my favorite sport. Second, it has allowed me an additional mode of working out in addition to the gym or just going out for a run or a hike. Third, I have met some awesome friends that have helped make adjusting to living in a new city smooth and enjoyable. PEZO is such a simple app as well in that there is no difficulty figuring out how to sign up for games or where the game locations are, player rosters, and directions to get there, etc. One of the biggest reasons I love PEZO is because I can rely on the games to be fair, fun, and competitive. Each time I meet someone new, or am reunited with a teammate from a prior match. Either way it is seriously refreshing. I highly recommend anyone that loves soccer and especially those new to the LA area to try it out.
