I closed and reopened the app and the same thing happens. I deleted the app and it now asks for consent even how many times you reject it, it keeps asking. This is a recent issue and hasn’t been addressed for weeks. The accept or decline cookies menu pop up also continues to block the screen even if you decline or accept. I open it, it gives a popup about privacy that I can’t see the bottom of. I was able to get past it with some hyperlinked text, but now the app just gets this grey filter and I can’t click anything. Like I can still scroll, but I can’t select anything, as if there’s something on top of the UI, like the grey filter is an unloaded popup. I changed my password. Re signed in. Said it didn’t recognize me. Wouldn’t let me order. Dropped my cart. Gets stuck on one page and you have find your way back to the main menu page. Keeps shoving specials I don’t want and pages that are impossible to scroll back to the main menu. Temu has a better all, and that is not a compliment l. For the inflated prices PF charges, not worth the frustration. Mc Ds app is easier. Bonchon easier. PF, You are my favorite Chinese place, but I hate your app. Wont likely use it. ### 1/5 — Annoyed over the food quality *2026-02-12, version 25.2* Annoyed over the food at PF Chang on 1/29/26. I have been to your restaurant three times and this last time was not good. I started off with the egg drop soup which I had before. I took out something that appeared to resemble an oyster, it wasn’t it was a black egg yoke I questioned the waitress and she said the chef apparently did not beat the egg up, it was nasty looking. Then I ordered your Mongolian Beef I had this 2 other times. That was surely a disappointment. The meat was chewy and I was spitting it out for fear I would choke on it. I told the waitress and she said what must of happen was the chief did not marinate the beef long enough. I was extremely disappointed, my husband this was his first time at PF Chang his food was just not good. I complained and the waitress offered to get me a box so I could take the remainder of my meal home. Of course I did not take it home. The cost was $105.01 plus an additional of a $20 tip. First waiter was all over the place and clearly left our food sitting and we saw a dry layer on top and food not hot. Dumpling filling has a texture of sausage , hard and tastes like chicken sausage. Not good at all. We used to come here for the walnut melon shrimp and this was removed from menu years back. Now i typically just eat the mongolian beef and the lettuce wrap and they are the only reason why rating was not lower. ### 2/5 — Only good for ordering *2025-12-24, version 25.2* The only thing the app is good for is ordering. I have several 25-dollar gift cards, and the only way I can use them for online orders is to make separate orders for item that are less than 25 dollars, and end up with leftover-balances that I can’t use unless go to a restaurant. Except for being able to scroll up and down, you can’t actually do anything (and yes, I have force quit the app then restarted it and then the same thing keeps happening). Restarting the phone doesn’t help either. I have Celiac Disease so to find a great place that knows how to keep food gluten free is such a wonderful thing for me! We have eaten there about 6 times in 2’ish weeks - I can’t help myself. Today, for the first time, I was a little disappointed with my to go order. I called to just let a manager know. A manager named Greg came on the line, listened to my complaint and completely went above and beyond to make it more than right for me!!! I could not be any more pleased with how he turned my whole ‘sad’ situation around. I will definitely continue ordering this amazing gluten free food (Mongolian beef & fried rice) and supporting our local PF Changs!
