Stupid!!! ### 5/5 — unable to add debit cards for save payment *2025-05-23, version 4.22.10* -1 star(*) hsbc sold all their non premier accounts. even if you have had premier status. new company new login. you have to register if you want to manage your account online. not sure if it was intentional or just forgot to enable feature to add debit cards as saved payments. not too many customers are comfortable in adding bank accounts for saved payments. i've had to temporarily do this then remove the bank account when new debit card arrived. ### 1/5 — JUST QUIT WORKING *2024-08-26, version 4.14.4* I called the company to troubleshoot and it still doesn't work. ### 1/5 — Very frustrating *2024-06-01, version 4.14.4* Got transferred over from HSBC. Can’t login to the app. Login credentials are 100% correct. Go to ‘contact’ and it crashed. Re opened the app and it has a pop up that says they are having ‘connectivity issues’. Tried again for 3 days straight and same things happened. This app straight up does not work ### 1/5 — The App crashed *2023-08-03, version 4.10.7* I tried to open the mobile banking app and I could not. It seems to have crashed. ### 1/5 — Shady credit card *2023-04-02, version 4.9.9* This credit card company is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with. All the credit agencies give me an excellent rating but my account was closed. You run credit card company and can’t even keep up with app. Neither money nor data is safe with you.
