## What is Pflotsh Storm?

The perfect app for precipitation and storms. Real-time radar data for rain, snow, hail, as well as lightning and storm tracks. High resolution precipitation forecast for the next hours. Measurement data from weather stations.

With a huge archive for all measurement data including lightning for all of the data which covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, South Tyrol (The Alto Adige region of Italy) and Luxembourg.

Pflotsh ECMWF is the "pro app" among the Pflotsh apps. If it is installed on a device and a subscription is active, all other Pflotsh apps on the same device are also activated.

In order to use all features of the app, you have to purchase a subscription for Pflotsh Storm or Pflotsh ECMWF. Without a valid subscription, access is limited to a few data requests.

* The subscription provides access to all functions and all data for one year starting at the time of purchase
* Price of the yearly subscription: See In-App-Purchases
* The subscription can be cancelled during the first month, in which case, nothing will be charged
* Otherwise, the payment will be charged to your iTunes Account
* Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
* The subscription will automatically renew, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
* The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

### 4/5 — Nützlich, aber …

Die App zeigt sehr zuverlässig das aktuelle Wetter an, auch die Kurzzeit-Vorhersage ist im Rahmen dessen was realistisch möglich ist, sehr gut. Wenn hier keine Daten vorliegen, ist das gleichzeitig bei anderen Apps auch der Fall, da alle von der gleichen Quelle abhängen. Die Bedienung ist sehr speziell und hält sich nicht nur optisch an keine üblichen Regeln. Bislang war die Watch-App sehr hilfreich, leider ist mit WatchOS 26 die Komplikation kaputtgegangen!!! Für eine App, die ein Abo-Modell hat, ist der Update-Zyklus nicht angemessen, ich bezahle gerne für Apps, die ich täglich mehrmals nutze, aber erwarte dann auch dauerhaften Support - hier gibt es nicht mal eine Möglichkeit, den Entwickler zu kontaktieren!
Auch schleierhaft ist mir, warum die Schwester-App zur Vorhersage auf der Watch den aktuellen Ort verwenden kann, bei Storm aber ein Zaubertrick angewendet werden muss, der nur jedes dritte Mal funktioniert.

Die App ist gerade für Veranstalter optimal, weil man sieht wie Gewitterzellen ziehen. Natürlich ist die App nicht vergleichbar mit einer normalen Wetterapp, die nur ein Wettermodel abgreift und anzeigt. Ich glaube, dass einige der negativen Bewertungen darauf zurückzuführen sind. Wenn man versteht für was die App ist und damit arbeitet: Einfach genial!!!

Die App bietet eine excellente Auflösung und sehr gute kurzzeit Vorhersage. Leider bietet Sie in Grenznähe (DE/LUX/FR) kein Länderübergreifendes Radar an.
Es ist leider nur schwer möglich die Niederschlagsaktivität aus den westlichen Nachbarländern zu verfolgen (scrollen tief ins Nachbarland zur Ansicht funktioniert, jedoch verschwindet wiederum der Niederschlag in Grenznähe)

So zufrieden ich auch mit dem Kartenmaterial bin, so seltsam verhält sich die App dann bei der Benutzung. Teilweise lädt das Niederschlagsradar nur sehr langsam oder auch gar nicht und wenn man dann das Gerät um 90 Grad dreht, muss das Kartenmaterial wegen der geänderten Ausrichtung erneut geladen werden. Ich kann ja nachvollziehen, dass man das Laden so effizient wie möglich machen will, aber wenn der Server ein grundsätzliches Problem hat, Anfragen zu bedienen, dann sorgt die Knausrigkeit nur zu noch mehr Problemen. Von einem kostenpflichtigen Angebot hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Hi. Seit dem Update funktioniert die Vorschau bei „Regen/Schnee“ nicht mehr. So kann man nicht mehr sehen wie der Regen seinen Weg in den nächsten Minuten geht. App neu installiert aber die Vorschau bleibt weg.

Die Pflotsch Apps (ECMWF, Super HD und Storm) sind ziemlich genau. Ich hatte aber auch schon eine Abweichung, wo Weather Pro richtig lag. Das Abo finde ich zu teuer. Ich würde eine Einmalzahlung je App getrennt bevorzugen. Ich würde z.B. 100 Euro für lebenslangen Zugriff auf Pflotsch ECMWF, 50 Euro für lebenslangen Zugriff auf Super HD und 25 Euro für lebenslangen Zugriff auf Storm befürworten. Bei der Einmalzahlung dann auch gerne getrennt voneinander. Also dass man mit der Einmalzahlung von ECMWF nicht noch Storm und Super HD freischaltet.

Die App ist wirklich sensationell. Nicht nur für Wetterinteresierte ein muss, sondern für alle, die sich im Freien bewegen oder Beruflich draußen arbeiten. Niederschlag in jeglicher Form wird in 5 Minutenschritten angezeigt. Dazu die Stärke und die Zugrichtung des Niederschlags. Außerdem noch eine Vorhersage. Stormtracking auf höchstem Niveau. Das beste was es gibt auf dem Markt. Die paar € im Jahr sind es auf jeden Fall wert. Mein täglicher Begleiter, vor allem bei Gewitterlagen.
