Penang Information and Complaints System (ePINTAS) merupakan Gerbang Aduan Bersepadu Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang yang membolehkan orang ramai membuat aduan, komen, teguran, cadangan dan pertanyaan terhadap perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan oleh Kerajaan Negeri. Follow up is slow as expected. Latest app can’t even upload image. And randomly any submission will be rejected for “incomplete” when all info has been provided
