## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible, buggy app

*2026-08-06*

Is broken 99% of the time. Embarrassing that the city relies on this

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2026-03-07*

I had high hopes, but this app has failed! It does not work at all!

### 1/5 — Nonfunctional

*2026-01-05*

Seems like the city created this app to make a barrier for tax-payers to submit service requests because it simply does. Not. Function. You literally cannot submit a request. Absolute trash.

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work!!!

*2025-11-18*

Just like the city’s administration, totally diss functional app, buggy, it doesn’t work. Why am i not surprised…

### 1/5 — Ugg!

*2025-08-08*

Ugg! I logged this as one star but it somehow got changed to 5 stars.

Ugg! I rated this a one star, but it was logged a 5:(

Terrible. Overly complicated and buggy.

Preset categories are useless, often shoehorning requests to wrong Dept, but there is no option to select correct Dept.

Form has too many, unnecessary questions and makes submitting a project rather than a quick and easy report.

Map is difficult to use and frequently fails to find/ select correct location.

App freezes and needs to be restarted when you submit more than one request in a session.

The response windows are ridiculously long. It would be more accurate to list ‘we just won’t check this out.’

Simplify this. Let me upload a pic or two and describe the location and situation.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2025-08-07*

It’s practically unusable. The most hilarious part is that it advises you to download the app when you open it.

### 1/5 — Worthless App

*2025-05-21*

Tried to enter a request several times. First time app froze, second time wouldn't allow me to select address, third time I selected an address it then couldn't return to the request to submit it. Don't waste your time

### 1/5 — Map not working properly

*2025-02-18*

The app asks you to pinpoint the location on the map, but default location that pops up on the map is 0 crosstown blvd and I can’t change it.

### 2/5 — Very buggy reporting issues.

*2025-04-04*

Map selection and confirming issues for reporting is very buggy. Often have to restart app multiple times with multiple submissions until one works. Not sure as to why. The idea is good. Often with government, however, the execution is lacking.

### 5/5 — Great Improvements!! Use this App!!

*2026-08-14*

I have been using the 311 apps in Pittsburgh for years. The latest update of this version is the best yet. I just submitted a request and searched open requests with ease. The app is more stable and we should encourage all City residents to use it.

It was easy to file the complaint.

### 5/5 — Pretty easy to use
