I’ve created two separate keys, neither of them will work. When I try to decrypt a message all I ever get it “ Unable to decrypt. Invalid message to decrypt”

The person I’ve sent public keys to says something is wrong with the keys. I know I’m doing everything correct, I’m not the only review with this issue.
