Via web or mobile, my password is always invalid whenever I login. I always have to reset it, it feels like someone is using my online account.

I've been really disappointed with the app's performance. It frequently crashes, has slow loading times, and often shows internal errors, making it difficult to complete the setup. I hope the developers can address these issues to improve the user experience. I’d love to see some improvements in the next update

I don’t always rate apps but I’ve had this app for so long, yet there’s no improvement. It’s always so slow to log in, touch id/face ID doesn’t always work, and there’s not much policy details to see!

I’ve been trying to pay for my premium since Oct with no success. They’ve sent me a link but it was not working.
Now they’re asking me to do all this troubleshooting but still not able to access and log in. We shouldn’t be going through all this inconvenience to pay our premium.
