Phangan Rivals is a turn-based PvP RPG set on the legendary island of Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Choose from 7 unique classes — Wanderer, Yoga Warrior, Party Animal, Kung Fu Master, Digital Nomad, Island Shaman, or Pirate Captain. Align with Light, Dark, or Balance factions, each offering exclusive shops and combat bonuses.

From the bustling port of Thong Sala to the Full Moon beaches of Haad Rin, discover beaches, temples, hidden bays, and pirate dens on a hand-drawn pirate parchment map. Each location offers unique NPCs, quests, and services.

BATTLE IN REAL-TIME PVP
Challenge other players in turn-based 1v1 duels. Master 7 core stats, equip legendary gear, and use scrolls and potions strategically. Level-based XP scaling rewards bold fighters.

• New animated combat hero — your captain now reacts to the fight in real time: posture shifts with HP (he hunches and breathes heavier as he weakens), his aura changes with alignment, and he has dedicated moves for strikes, critical hits, guarding, taking damage and victory — across NPC, PvP and dungeon battles.
• World Map (early access) — take the ferry into a shared strategic world.

Security and reliability upgrade for dungeons and inventory.

- Dungeon runs are now created server-side, preventing tampered start states
- Equipping and unequipping items is fully server-authoritative with atomic belt updates
- Consuming a stack now clears the battle belt slot in the same transaction, fixing edge-case desync
