The app told us it’s 15min but I literally waited for an hour!!! ### 2/5 — Decent *2025-08-13, version 1.26.0* The app is useful (for queue times) but the directions straight up don’t work. They are so confusing and take forever to figure out where you are. ### 3/5 — An sich gut gemacht *2025-07-30, version 1.26.0* Die App an sich funktioniert. Es wäre nur ein Richtungspfeil sehr hilfreich, das man auf der Karte sieht, in welche Himmelsrichtungen man grade guckt. Die meisten Smartphones unterstützen ja mittlerweile eine Navigation mit hinzuziehen des verbauten Kompass. Auch das man die Karte in der App drehen kann, könnte hilfreich sein. Vllt. könnte man über eine Möglichkeit nachdenken, dass man die schon gefahren Attraktionen als erledigt markieren kann. ### 1/5 — It is so bad *2025-07-16, version 1.25.3* You can not use the app if you are outside the Park and the internet is terrible and the app Barely works the queue Times are off by a lot I looked at the app and saw 10 Minutes queue but it was 1 hour ### 2/5 — Vreselijke app *2025-05-16, version 1.25.3* Dit is legit de slechtste pretpark app die ik tot nu toe gebruikt heb. Navigatie in de app is even verwarrend als de navigatie in het park. Logische zaken zijn er niet, zoals bv de optie om door te klikken naar de details van een attractie of restaurant. Ook is er geen overzicht van alle attracties, of toch niet goed zichtbaar. App voelt aan alsof een jobstudent dit als project moest maken en ze het daarna maar gereleased hebben. ### 5/5 — Gute Orientierung für Freizeitpark *2025-05-12, version 1.25.3* Eine gute Orientierung im Freizeitpark ist durch die App gegeben, auch Wartezeiten werden top dargestellt! Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Schafft doch eine Übersicht über alle Restaurants und Essstationen, so wie es das auch für die Fahrgeschäfte und Attraktionen gibt. Das fände ich super! ### 5/5 — Phantasialand - App *2025-04-16* Die App hat uns sehr bei der Orientierung geholfen, sowie um zu schauen, wie man ansteht. Sie ist sehr schön, übersichtlich gestaltet und sehr empfehlenswert. ### 1/5 — Won’t load wait times *2025-04-07, version 1.25* Family of four and on all iphones it won’t get beyond the screen telling you that you must be in the park to see the waiting times. Even if you could, we’ve been in a queue marked as ten minutes, for an hour. Useless. ### 4/5 — Eigentlich fast alles was man braucht *2025-04-04, version 1.25* Die App als Parkplatz und navigator funktioniert sehr gut jedoch würde ich mir ein wallet wünschen sodass man die Karten in der App speichern kann. ### 1/5 — Wartezeiten im Park laden nicht *2024-08-31, version 1.21.1* Sorry aber bringt mir halt absolut 0 wenn man sich die App holt um die Wartezeiten einsehen zu können. Alles ist eingestellt und überall ein Halen aber es klappt trotzdem nicht. Dazu finde ich sollte man nicht mit 30€ werben und dann 65€ für die Tickets nehmen ohne Quickpass oder sonstiges und wenn man um 12:50 einen quickpass kaufen will schicken die einen weg „ab 13:00/14 Uhr wieder“ und um 13:00 kommt man wieder und alles ist wieder komplett voll und selbst für den quickpass muss man 1 mio jahre anstehen und kommt damit in gefühlt 2 Geschäfte rein. Phantasialand ist leider nur noch was für reiche geworden. So schneller und für weniger Geld und mehr Attraktionen kriegt man nen Pass im Moviepark.
