REFUND requested and COMPLAINT filed *2016-09-13* Once again...BigFish releases an old game and presents it as new. This game was released 6 months ago. And the "already purchased" option returned the message that the purchase was not found. So I bought the game thinking it was a NEW release that I hadn't purchased. WRONG! Luckily, I was able to request a refund. But there have been a few games where I missed the time frame allowed and ended up losing money by purchasing a few games twice. This is a DECEPTIVE business practice. And I reported it to iTunes, I encourage anyone else who has had this happen to request their refund and report it as well. I used to buy almost every BF game. But now they've lost my trust and lost my business. After an hour (I got hungry), I turned on iPad, and still saw it "loading." So much for this game. This is the third BigFish game that this has happened with.
