Instead of rearranging the user interface of the app every few weeks, how about adding some features that users are asking for and they could benefit from. Literal trash. Everything is so much harder to find now. Then if you want to on-ramp crypto you have to jump through hoops. I’ve moved millions around in phantom with no issue. The previous UI was not an issue, whatever genius had the bright idea to change the layout needs to be booted. That’s the main gripe. The second gripe I have is phantom cash / virtual debit card. Transactions get blocked at POS readers all the time. Can’t add money to Apple wallet hardly ever because the limit is too low. I understand you guys rolled out phantom cash and it’s still fairly new. However. The fees are higher than Topper, and Coinbase. Plus if I say purchase $50.00 the fees will say like $1.25 but then Apple Pay has a $54.32 charge? Like the price jumps so you can’t even gauge how much you’re paying in fees realistically. More focused on prediction markets and perps. Please revert back to the old style. ### 1/5 — Completely locked out of trading *2026-08-13, version 26.25.0* I signed up for Phantom using my Google/Apple account and everything was working normally. I never logged out, switched accounts, or changed anything. Now Phantom is telling me I need to “Recover my Cash account.” Since this happened, I can’t buy, sell, swap, or transfer any crypto. I can see my funds in the wallet and I can receive crypto, but I can’t actually do anything with the assets I already have. I’ve contacted support and submitted a ticket, but I’ve been waiting a week for the ticket to actually be addressed by someone. I’m not understanding why this happened or why I suddenly need to recover an account that I was already using normally. Other than this issue, the app is fine. It keeps saying an error comes up and I’ve been trying to get help but still can’t get any of my money out. This has been since the beginning of July and it’s currently August 24. I’ve changed my bank added different banks and tried everything but can’t get anything out. The app basically stole my money and I talked to support but they just keep asking me to send the download log. It’s getting no where and my money is still stuck in the account.
