It opens an ad in the browser separately every 10- 15 seconds and does not load content. Regardless of signal. Awful app. ### 1/5 — Booooo *2025-08-10* Used to be simple/basic app but easy/able to use. Now hard to navigate and every link pressed opens new web page taking you out of the app. Quality control! Needs to be fixed or remove from store. It has been at least two to three years since I couldn’t use it because it opens up random webpages and freezes. I have to use the actual Pharmacist’s Letter web page in a browser to do my CE’s. Like many others, I find the opening of a blank webpage with every click on a link to be overly annoying. In addition, I’ve tried to do several on demand webinars to find they don’t load nor have sound if left running on the page within the app. I much prefer CEs I can listen to, and with all of those not working I don’t feel like I’m getting what I paid for. ### 1/5 — App not user friendly *2025-10-23* I love pharmacist letter and the amazing, concise info that all the pharmacists and healthcare professionals work hard to create but the app is painful to use. Every click in the app opens a blank internet page and you must navigate back to the app to view the info. It also takes a long time to navigate to the information that you need. This version of the Pharmacist Letter finally allows you to log in and take course and get credited for them. FINALLY!!! ### 5/5 — Overdue overhaul- Thanks! *2020-08-29, version 1.0* Last version had a real 1980s feel & the functionality to match. This update is nimble, efficient, fast and just what the pharmacist ordered. Nice to have access to all the good stuff plus the CEs. But there’s a new problem- anytime I click on a link it opens Safari and a blank page appears. I have to go back to the app and I’ll see that the link I clicked on is loaded. It’s frustrating that Safari keeps opening anytime I click on a link. Please fix! The app doesn’t pull up the password from iPhone’s Passwords. You select the right one, but it doesn’t fill it in. Can you guys fix this? On the app and on the computer website, I’m always getting prompted to log in so many times. Can you fix that too please?
