Registered and accepted. Then not recognized when try to sign in. Useless. Retried several times.

The app itself is ok, but the pharmacy itself makes a lot of mistakes - countless times a prescription never arrived only to find out for one reason or another it didn’t go through without any communication on their end.

Not able to log in on the app despite being able to log in on the computer.

This app does not show any of the prescriptions.  It says no prescriptions are associated.  To make things worse the feedback emails bounce back!    Why have an app that is not supported or works at all.

Their mobile app is easy to upload & use. 
Much improved from a couple years ago. 
I added my mom & dad so I could help them manage their meds. I like the free home delivery, one less thing I have to do.
