I can read whatever is on the main page…. If I tap on ANYTHING….. CE and Training, CE-in-the-Letter… It DOES NOT load ANYTHING!!! Worthless, useless…. This could be such an awesome tools for us Technicians, but it’s sadly a fail. I would read the article, take the quiz, and get my CE credits. Now, I can only read the articles. I must go online to take the quiz for CE. This makes the app pointless. The description says it puts all the benefits of the Pharmacy Technician’s Letter “at your fingertips”, including taking and tracking CEs. But when you tap the CE button....you are informed that “this content is not available on the app” and tells you to visit the website on a browser. so what’s the point? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — UPDATE THE APP. *2026-02-06* The app won’t load the CE. I paid $79 to complete my CE to maintain my license. What a waste of money. Nothing loads, just spins. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2025-11-23* Is anyone actually maintaining this app? It does not work at all. Do not recommend downloading or using this until this app becomes functional. It should not even be in the app store it’s that bad. What’s the point of an app if it’s always going to crash, freeze and/or redirect you to the online webpage? Anytime I press a button in the app, it either freezes it and kicks me off and has to sign me in again (and starts from the initial page), or it loads a random website in my browser for no reason. Do not recommend.
