## What is pharmaleads?

PharmaLeads app is capable of finding all known drugs from chemical structure. It presents a novel rule in the form of a reaction diagram. The user can input over 100 million chemicals or even uncatalogued chemical structures.

Examples of agents that cause cancer like Benzene or Thalidomide show that PharmaLeads is much better at screening out harmful molecules than existing rules or algorithms. Examples like Paracetamol and Aspirin show that PharmaLeads does not screen out harmless molecules, and reinforces their safety. The binding between a drug and its target is crucial in drug discovery, medicinal chemistry and life sciences research. The reverse binding is also important to screen out harmful molecules. 

PharmaLeads enumerate was developed to find a treatment for cancer with a known causative agent. A large number of natural enzymes exist to metabolise molecules. With a growing exposure to millions of synthetic and natural chemicals, the ideal enzyme may not be there. PharmaLeads can search all the compositions built out of selected atoms, amino acids or nucleotides, for compositions that could function as an enzyme that does not naturally exist. 

PharmaLeads enumerate can discover lead compounds (as in leading) or developmental candidates. The user can input over 100 million chemicals or even uncatalogued chemical structures. The user then chooses the atoms, amino acids, DNA or RNA nucleotides to build their lead compound or developmental candidate from. PharmaLeads enumerate requires in-app purchase.
