If you plan on releasing this app across India, make sure you keep only English or include all the languages. ### 1/5 — Pharmeasy is fraudsters application *2025-07-29* These guys cheated me, i have ordered 6 quantity of medicine on 24th july 2025 and i have received only 4 quantity of meeicine on 28th july. When i placed a order the pharmeasy guy has made a call and stated this medicine was not available at the moment and so i told remove that medicine and refund the money for that particular medicine but when the order was delivered they are stating all the 6 quantity of medicine was delivered and immediately i reached out to customer care they said they’re not responsible for it and not refunding the money or sending the medicine. I’ve proofs when i received the order we made a video too i have received only 4 quantity of medicine and remaining were not received. Very worst support and are not refunding my 600+ rupees stating it’s not their fault. When i was about to write a feedback in appstore i read similar reviews, it’s happening woth everyone. Pharmeasy is a fraudulent company, do not buy from pharmeasy and support was very worst. They are directly tellingthey are not responsible for the medicines that were not sent to me. Regards, PharmEasy ### 1/5 — Fraud/Scam Company *2025-06-06* I ordered a medicine from the app and I paid for the medicine with delivery charges and also got a call to confirm medicine order where they suggesting me to take other brand medicine and also suggesting me to buy multivitamins(I can order want I want)and at that time they did not told me that medicine is out of stock and then received order where I bought medicine with 30 tablets and got medicine with the 15 tablets when I talked to customer support they told me that the 30 tablets wasn’t in stock so they delivered me 15 pack so I told them to I want the 30 pack they say “check within weeks if it was available then you can order it” now they want me order it again with delivery charges and also I have to order a certain amount of medicine otherwise I cannot order anything. Then I asked for refund then they deduct all the delivery charges, GST and discount (which I was getting while ordering) and giving me back almost half the price I paid for order. Other scam is they the 15 tablets is having most cost then 30 pack and they still managed to give it to me (when i was ordering the medicine app doesn’t show that the medicine is out of stock or not and still I am checking it doesn’t show anything at all and they told me call on certain numbers to check the availability of medicine next time) Well this is the 1st and last time using the scam app also going to delete my account. **Developer response:** Hello, We do understand you are unhappy with our services. The website is not working as well. ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2024-08-14* I have ordered a product worth around 1800. They delivered a wrong product. And then to get it replaced the expereince was horrible. I had called them and intimated them about the issue. They asked me to send email with various details, with product photos covering various things in the product like batch number, product type etc. I was treated as if I did a mistake and I had to get things corrected. After they called me to confirm the details again. Again after one day, they called. They were saying they cant give the correct product. In 2-3 days someone would come and pick up the product. Then they said the amount would be added to my pharmeasy wallet. I didnt agree to it. I wanted the product or my money back at my account. They said for that you need to change the account preferences etc. Overall its just horrible expereince. Now I am still waiting for them to pick the product. Once it would reach their supplier, they would consider giving me a refund. They gave wrong names ### 1/5 — THIS APP IS A SCAM *2023-12-29, version 5.33.0* I paid 10000+ on 3 lab tests and I was promised that I will receive the results in 15 hours it’s more than 24 hours and I haven’t gotten anything, I have called customer service more than 5+ times and no one seems to find a solution to my problem. Really disappointed. ### 1/5 — Please Discontinue Your App. *2023-01-07* I fail to understand how an app that was created to make our lives easier when it comes to purchasing medicine, can be so bad at their job. If i wanted to get medicines after 24 hours, I wouldn’t be using an app to get it. There are multiple occasions where we have needed immediate assistance with no one to go out and buy the medicine, and this app has failed to provide at every turn. A pathetic service. If food can be delivered in 30 minutes or less, why the hell does medication, which DOESNT have to be prepared before hand, and is readily available, take so long to arrive. I would rather get out and walk to the nearest chemist then, and get my tablets alot faster. I have also been asked multiple times to provide a prescription for medication that is usually available over the counter, something as simple as Folvite, a daily iron supplement, and mucaine, required a prescription, which I didn’t have, because you don’t even need one. You’re telling me i need to spend money on a consultation to acquire a prescription, when i don’t need to spend the money? Ridiculous. Regards, PharmEasy ### 1/5 — Fraud company *2022-12-27* I had booked Infrarex hexa vaccination on the 7th of Dec 2022 , I received the vaccination in a bubble wrap hence I read the name and stored it in the refrigerator as it was supposed be stored under cold temperature, the next day that was the 8th of Dec 2022 I had been to the doctor for vaccination , the doctor opened the wrap and the box was seal open due to which the doctor denied immediately as it was a vaccination for the baby , she dint want to risk it, so therefore she bought the same medicine from the hospital pharmacy and used it , i have the bills of the same vaccination purchased again on the same day, I immediately placed a return request and they took it back on 9th , I received no update even after several attempts, I was told that an investigation was going on. 3 weeks later I received an update stating I get no refund , if they informed me earlier that it would be rejected , I could get the cctv footage from home and hospital , since it’s been more than 15 days I have no access to footage as my cctv gives a record of the latest 15 days now they have my amount (3000 Rupees) and the product with them and responding that they have no solution on the same . Now what kind of response is this from your end ? Giving the damaged product and making us wait for 3 weeks and giving no solution is a fraud behaviour. ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2022-12-26, version 5.10.0* Booked a full blood panel for me and my dad. The day before the scheduled date I get a call saying the technician had an emergency and that they’d need to postpone by a day. I got a confirmation message for the next day. On the next day, nobody showed up - me and my dad had been fasting in anticipation. After calling support, I was informed that I should be assured that someone will call me back soon with a new appointment. The assurance came in three full days later - that nobody would come and do the test. ### 1/5 — No help *2022-12-20, version 5.10.0* They have bots as contact and no actual person in case you need them. Delays in delivery and they will update order saying due to customer delay. Horrible app when you need assistance. Developers need to look at this angle. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t provide option to replace an item even when not shipped *2022-12-05, version 5.9.0* I had ordered various medicines and applied certain bank offers. Had to cancel one single item from the overal order and it was taking too much time and we needed urgently. I tried replacing that item with something else so that my coupon benefits from bank still holds good but there was none. Pharm easy cancelled the option and before refunding deducted the bank benefits as well. If there was a replace or exchange option then it would not have happened. Speaking to customer care and chat did not help as well. When asked to take a complaint they never bothered and gave 100 reasons for not registering the issue too ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless App not even worth of half star rating *2026-07-06* My experience with the PharmEasy app has been absolutely terrible. I placed an order on June 28th for important medicines I need regularly. The delivery was supposed to arrive within two days, but now it’s already the 6th, and every single day I get a message saying ‘out for delivery.’ Yet, by night, I receive another message saying, ‘We are sorry, we could not deliver your order. As per your request, the order is delayed,’ and this keeps repeating. This cycle has been going on for about 10 days, and I am completely fed up. This is my last order from PharmEasy, and I will not order again. I also tried calling them every time, but their chatbot is so useless that it never lets me reach a customer care representative. Moreover, every time I call, the number just gets forwarded somewhere, and the call never connects. There is no support from them whatsoever. I never received a single call regarding this order, and yet they keep saying, ‘We are sorry, we could not connect with you; you did not answer.’ I demand a 100% refund and immediate delivery of my medicines. Our team will prioritise your case and assist you promptly. ### 1/5 — Don’t order medicine in PharmEasy app *2026-05-19* Medicines will not be delivered at all. When you order medicines, it shows medicines will be delivered on the same day with some estimated time, but the medicines will not be delivered. The app gives an option to call delivery agent, but the delivery agent phone will be either switched off or they don’t pick up the order. After the estimated time crosses, the app shows the order is delayed and shows next day as the delivery date. But the same process repeats. You will not receive the order and you don’t have an option to cancel the order in the app. There is another disaster, even if you want to talk to customer support, you end up with chatbot or computerised responses or AI , which is worst. Looks like PharmEasy didn’t test the AI customer support, it should have tested properly or else there should be an option to talk to humans. Finally, if we order medicines in PharmEasy app, we are going to waste our money, time and energy. There are other apps available which deliver medicines within 4 hours. Ridiculous. Doesn’t deserve 1 star as well ### 1/5 — Worst Experience Every Single Time – Total Disaster of a Service *2025-12-06* I am writing this out of pure frustration and anger. What is the point of taking Express Delivery subscription when PharmEasy never delivers on time? This is NOT the first time. Even my previous order was delayed, and now again the same story. Medicines are NOT like groceries that can come whenever they feel like. Delays in medicines can seriously harm a person’s health. But PharmEasy simply doesn’t care. They ALWAYS split the order into two deliveries. Every single time they say “some medicines are out of stock, you’ll receive them after 2–3 days.” Then why show them available at the time of placing the order? What kind of irresponsible system is this? On top of that, their customer care is absolutely useless. It’s almost impossible to reach a human being. They have kept a stupid, irritating robot in front of everything, and it blocks you from talking to an actual person. The bot keeps giving irrelevant replies, making the whole experience a nightmare. If you want to contact customer support, they force you to type out everything on their help & support chat, which is the slowest, most painful way to resolve issues. Sometimes a simple call can fix things quickly, but no—they don’t allow that. They make you go in circles with their bot like you have nothing better to do. Honestly, I am fed up. PharmEasy has become totally unreliable. Poor app! ### 1/5 — Fraud company, Absolute Nightmare – AVOID PharmEasy and Thyrocare at all costs! *2025-10-30* Worst service, My experience was a complete disaster and a total failure of service. There is ZERO synchronization between PharmEasy (where I booked) and Thyrocare (their testing partner). I booked a test for a specific time slot. Instead of a professional experience, I was harassed by the Thyrocare phlebotomist who called me MULTIPLE times before my slot, completely breaking my sleep for no reason. After all that disruption, the phlebotomist then flat-out DENIED to come for the test at the scheduled time. I was then forced to reschedule or cancel. What is the point of offering a booking slot if your staff refuses to honor it? That "On Time or Free" guarantee is a complete and utter FAKE. It's false advertising. It seems Thyrocare's entire strategy is to harass the customer and force a cancellation so they don't have to provide the service. In the end, my test was NOT done, my sleep was broken, and my time was completely wasted. This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and a pathetic excuse for a healthcare service. Despite having a yearly membership, I was still charged platform fees. Moreover, your delivery service is highly unreliable — it took over 15 days for my medicines to arrive. The escalation team has been completely unresponsive, and every inquiry only receives the same generic reply: “We are looking into it.” ### 1/5 — PharmMessy!! *2025-10-06, version 7.2.0* Once you place an order, they break it into multiple sub-orders with no firm delivery commitment — it could arrive days later, or not at all. Then, without warning, they cancel orders arbitrarily and falsely mark them as “cancelled by customer”. This kind of dishonesty to cover up poor service is unacceptable. I’ve stopped using them, and I strongly suggest you do the same. I already order medicines from them so I thought I’ll give their lab test services a try. My father wasn’t well and we needed to get a few tests done urgently. It was already late in the evening and we wanted a slot for the very next day. Thankfully, we got an early morning slot. Next day the technician arrived exactly on time to collect the samples. He did the job quickly and was also very polite. The best part was that me and my father didn’t even have to go out. Also they gave a really good discount. I am glad that the reports were delivered to us pretty quickly before our next appointment with the doctor. Personally I would recommend Pharmeasy to anyone looking for lab tests. I was impressed by the wide range of lab tests available and I could easily find what I was looking for. i must say the entire experience was smooth. The sample was collected on time. i felt so relieved to see that the phlebotomist followed all safety precautions like wearing masks and following all hygiene protocols. She was skilled and efficiently collected the sample. She engaged in a pleasant conversation with my mother. Her kind gesture really helped my mom feel more at ease. Within 24 hours, we received the test reports which were verified and signed by a medical practitioner. Also what made me happy was that i could save a good amount on the test.
