I’d like to be able to remove/ hide old medications from the app as well as the pharmacy. They keep refilling the wrong prescription even when I call it in, as the old medication is visible.

All of my medications were removed from my profile.  The other 2 profiles are fine.  I cannot see what is able to be refilled nor can I submit a refill from my profile. This is the reason I downloaded the app! I've reached out to support twice with no resolution. What's the point of offering support if you can't provide it?
