3. Use Today for what to do now, Plan for your training and food, and Progress to stay honest. Start your next workout, hit your targets, and check in in about 30 seconds.
4. Keep following the plan. An expert reviews your progress and tells you what to keep or change.


Phase helps you build your ideal physique without complicated tracking, calls, or scheduling.
Your plan gives you a clear nutrition direction, training target, and current priority. 
You still have to do the work. Phase gives you the plan, structure, and clarity to stay consistent, even when the week is not perfect.
