Phase Card Party is based on a variant of Rummy known as Liverpool Rummy, and is a member of the contract Rummy family. Players hold their 10 cards in hand so that the other players cannot see them. The draw pile is the remaining deck in the center of the play area. Turn the top card of the draw pile over to the discard pile. During the first hand, all players try to complete phase 1: Drawing a card from either the draw pile or the discard pile Laying down their completed current phase (if possible) Hitting on other players' phases once they have laid down their own phase. (on the same hand) Placing one card on the discard pile Completing Phases: Phases must be made in order, from 1 to 10. The players must have the whole phase in hand before laying it down. A player may lay down more than the minimum requirements of a Phase, but only if the additional cards can be directly added to the cards already in the Phase. Only one Phase may be made per hand. If a player successfully makes a Phase, then they try to make the next Phase in the next hand. If they fail to make a Phase, they must try to make the same Phase again in the next hand. Also, if a player has the required phase in their hand THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED to lay the phase down. The player must still discard a card at the end of their turn. Going out and Ending the Round: Once you have completed and laid down your phase you must attempt to play out the remaining cards in your hand. Remember: You must ALWAYS draw one card at the beginning of your turn and discard one card at the end. Scoring a Round: Once one player has played down their phase and discarded the last card in their hand, the round is over. Players count up the total value of cards left in their hands (the fewer cards left in their hand, the better) and score them as follows: five points(5) for each card with values 1-9 ten points(10) for each card with values 10-12 fifteen points(15) for a Skip twenty-five points(25) for a Wild Remember your goal is to have the LOWEST score at the end of the game. Finishing the game: Once a player has completed the 10th and final phase, and a player has gone out to end the round, one final round of scoring is noted. The person with the lowest score wins! And the NPC opponents cheat quote a lot! 🤦🏼‍♂️ ### 3/5 — Level 10 *2026-06-13, version 103* I have to win the last level twice to win. I finish level 10 and the bots are on level 9. If I win level 10 before they finish, it doesn’t matter. I have to redo 10 again when they reach it. Second game in a row where I lost because I had to play level 10 twice even though I won the first time I played it. So frustrating. It’s better than the OG Phase 10 game app, because that app is rigged or something. Please fix this level 10 issue ### 2/5 — Not given coins *2026-05-30, version 103* Game is giving double coins after watching a video. Not giving correct coins won. Also a wild card is played after a 12. There and s not t a 13. Fix the bugs in the game and give coins that were not given. ### 1/5 — Game needs a lot of work *2026-03-28, version 103* After 5 rounds where I could’ve gone out if the game worked, I’m deleting the app. So you have a run of 8. I lay down 2-9. I had drawn an 11 and had a 10 and 12. Should’ve been able to lay down 10 and 11 and go out. Nope. Lay down 10 after the 9 and it puts it in front of the 2. Try the 11. Nothing. Have to give up the 12. Next round draw a 6. Still should be able to lay the 11, toss 6 go out. Next two rounds draw wild. I gave up. This game needs a lot of work to fix the bugs. It runs really slow and reminds me of the old dial up internet games for its layout, design and speed. Which I’m ok with but it just runs really slowly. The rules do not match the scoring. If you have multiple cards you can play on your board or your opponents and go out you can’t. It lets you play one card only then makes you discard one to end the turn even though the Bot player can lay down multiple cards. Sorry, this one was just too slow and didn’t work so it’s a delete. Don’t bother with this one if you’re hoping for an alternative to Matel’s awful phase 10 game. ### 2/5 — Cheating UI *2026-01-03, version 103* Nice style but weird you cannot buy out of the onslaught of ads at *every hand*. You draw and can go out but the wild card goes to the end of a 12!
