What really sets Phases apart for me isn't just the sleek design—it’s the ethics. It is incredibly refreshing to find a period tracker that doesn't sell your data to third parties. Our health information is deeply personal, and knowing that Phases treats it with respect makes me feel much more secure using it every day.
Also, the app itself is fantastic. The way it breaks down the different hormonal phases helps me understand my energy levels and mood shifts so much better. If you’re looking for a tracker that is as functional as it is ethical, this is the one.

Finally an app where your data STAYS on your device! This has become an indispensable tool for me to track every phase. I love the notes feature! Health care practitioners are all over the place with their advice, this helps me understand my own body. :)
