Cutting edge, incredibly user friendly…presenting food as medicine!! The recipes are amazing and the variety is endless. It’s been great being able to have bread and dessert recipes that are keto friendly at the touch of a button. I’ve been able to experiment with Chinese food Mediterranean meals, even Ethiopian! The best part is when I don’t have time to plan my meals for the week, I’ve been able to check out all of the recipes saved in the community section. For anyone doing a keto diet, this app is indispensable. So far, all of the recipes and pictures that have been generated have been really good. One thing I really like about the app is that I can save my recipes to a shopping list and when I go to the grocery store all of the ingredients that I need for the week are in one place. This app is a keeper.
