## What is Phebe?

Phebe is personalized precision nutrition: every meal counted, in a record you own.

Most trackers stop at calories. Phebe counts everything on the label and more: macros, minerals, vitamins, and all 18 amino acids. You choose what to track and set your own daily targets, so the app reads like it was built for you.

EVERY MEAL COUNTED
• Search the built-in food database, scan a barcode, or photograph a nutrition label. All three end on the same screen: set the portion, log it.
• Connect a Bluetooth kitchen scale and the weight flows straight into the entry.
• Favorites log in one tap. Build a recipe once and log the dish.

YOUR DAY, YOUR TARGETS
• Today shows where the day stands against the targets you set, in the layout you like.
• Diary keeps every day. Trends and reports on the web show the patterns.
• Keep a streak: breakfast, lunch and dinner logged the same day counts.
• Connect Apple Health to see your steps beside your diary. Phebe only reads your steps and never writes.

MADE WITH PKU IN MIND
• Phenylalanine and tyrosine sit beside every other amino, with daily targets in milligrams. Built by a PKU family, for anyone who counts.

PHONE AND WEB, ONE ACCOUNT
• Start with no account; everything works on your phone. Create a free account to back up your record and open it at app.phebe.life.
• Metric or imperial, dark or light: your choice, on both.

A DATA CO-OP FOR YOUR BENEFIT
• Your record is yours. Members can choose to contribute de-identified data to research, and the value returns to members.

FREE, NO ADS
• No paywall, no ads, no catch.
