No problems entering the conference I’m attending, but the app is stuck on the character limit of the title in my profile. Can’t update anything there. Ridiculously frustrating glitch that inhibits other attendees from getting this initial intro. Empty the field - too many characters. Edit the field down - too many characters. For such a beautiful interface this is a stupid problem to have. ### 3/5 — Formatting is inconvenient or it’s limited functions *2025-09-27* Use this for a conference, it’s very inconvenient that you can’t directly access the notes section when you’re in the speaker’s page, as that is where the questions and polls are submitted. So every time that I want to know something down, I have to click two steps out to main page, then into the note section which is another two clicks. If I want to answer a poll or ask a question and I have to navigate back to the schedule then to the speaker that is currently speaking and then to the Q&A section, very clunky. The schedule function is also not very smart, I have to scroll down to the current speaker, every single time that I back out to the main page, which is very often given the notes issue above. The scheduled events list doesn’t just automatically jump to the current speaker based on time. The note function it’s also poorly designed, the borders of the text box go right to the edge of the screen so it’s really hard to edit/select/copy any words that happen to be on the border. There is also no option to easily export a note such as sent yourself an email or export to txt/evernote etc. so if you wanted to keep your notes somewhere else after the conference, you’d have to copy and paste it manually, which brings me back to the difficulty with selecting words given the design of the text box. Laggy, doesn’t tell you the number of captured leads, and it takes a full 30 seconds to get to the lead capture if you haven’t used it in the last 5 minutes, since the app forces you to watch a dumb ad, click into your specific conference, refresh to actually see the lead capture button, and click on the button. Unacceptable when time is of the essence in a customer interaction. ### 1/5 — can’t log in *2023-11-13, version 3.64.0* maybe this app works well. but i tried to reset my password and continue to get an error message that the ‘password reset key does not exist’ so i can’t even log in to access anything. completely useless. ### 1/5 — Useless on my phone *2023-06-21, version 3.50.0* I cannot reach the space to put in password. Not a great app. There are better providers out there. ### 2/5 — Barely Adequate *2023-08-02, version 3.54.0* If you are trying to use this in conjunction with the PheedLoop web app forget it. Different functionality between the two, different labels and different icons. Our conference organizers had us going back and forth between the two and it was ridiculous. Pre-conference the app allows only time zone where i am using it so if i am six time zones away from conference location i might see something like “Breakfast Meeting, 3 pm”. The use should be able set set default time zone for the app. The app itself fails to allow user input or calendar annotations. The daily session list shows the time only for the first session in the time slot so after scrolling a list of ten sessions you can’t remember where you were or see when the next time slot arrives. At least it had a good function for keeping a schedule of sessions that might interest me. The code input for session attendees worked half time and requires the presenter to choose between showing the code or showing their slides. My Tickets appear in random order rather than chronologically or in an order I choose. ### 2/5 — Security Failure *2023-06-05* Have to use this app for a show but will delete it as soon as I can. They sent an email for me about their FAQ and included a useless QR code to download the app and… THEY SENT MY PASSWORD IN THE EMAIL!!! Not just a link to reset it… MY PASSWORD! Now, I’m a Security Architect and every password for me is unique so it disclosed access to an app I’ll be definitely removing. But… I’ll bet 10’s of 1000s of users’ passwords have been exposed by this app. And lots of people share passwords. Now… here’s the deep, dark, scary part. They shared my password which means they’re readable in their user database!!! Anyone can just look thru the DB and get them.
