Support accused me of violations but refused to explain what exactly I did wrong. After I asked questions, they started ignoring my emails and closing live chats. The Phemex didn’t let me open any trades to get my money back around $2800. I wanted to open a long position, but I was denied every single time until market calmed down. I contacted in very professional and respectful tone the Phemex customer support team. The customer Support told me that it is my fault I couldn’t open any positions. After I didn’t agree with them by saying that that’s clearly not my fault and I want my refund ( my lost money, because of Phemex). The ticket was closed by customer support agent and now I cannot contact customer support team in Phemex app at all. Do not bring your money there , the Phemex will not take care of you. Easy in and easy out. Never had a problem moving money in or out. Someone time cash app flagged this as a warning but I have been trading for five years without any problems. I would advise anyone to get themselves familiar with the platform first so they have a good understanding of everything. My only request are some ui and chart enhancements. Ive seen features elsewhere that allow you to take trades from the chart and actually drag and drop stop losses and take profits instead of typing them in. Also having the mini chart be movable also seems handy. CH5YQ7 was part of the registration form and the welcome bonus was sitting in the account by the time I moved off the testnet. I weld for a living outside Pittsburgh, four months of use, drawn by a combination I hadn't seen elsewhere: a testnet and pre-IPO contracts. Three weeks on the testnet with fake money taught me the contract order screen before any real USDT went in. The pre-IPO contracts let me express a view on a couple of private companies, small size only. Spot is 0.1% and staking pays a modest few percent on what I'm not trading.
