Slow check processing and inbred staff . I will never use them again I’d rather take a risk of being robbed then ever use this bank

Not very happy they took the Face ID away from me, like why let someone get used to that feature then make it go bye bye?

I like several of the new features in the latest update (5/3/17), but please bring back the ability to login to the app using your fingerprint. Why? I waited a long time for that feature to finally be added, only to have it taken away. Please correct ASAP!!!
