I have a Phenom People account that I can access from my laptop.  However, when I went to the Apple Store to download the app, I keep getting an error message that my password is incorrect.  The only way I can get technical support is to logon to the app using my password.  This is maddening!

I would give this app zero stars if I could.

**Developer response:** Hi there!  Sorry to hear you had difficulties logging in.  Please use the “Forgot Your Password” link on the login screen.  This will send an email allowing you to reset your password.  If you are still unable to login, please reach out to your project team to get a ticket opened with Phenom Support for us to investigate further.
