Then the audio went out. Tried on a mobile browser and laptop using every browser i have access to (chrome, safari, edge, and Firefox) and i either couldn't open it or couldn't complete it. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Got an ai assist that was not helpful at all. Did updates on my devices and tried again only to have the same issues. It's been 2 days and I've reached my limit. This program is garbage all the way around. I couldn’t connect with customer support any other way besides the app chat. The chat didn’t work so I had to use email and they don’t respond back in a timely manner which resulted in me sending an interview that was completed. I would have felt better if I talked to someone and knew for a fact that the issue couldn’t have been solved. I think this does an amazing job for people to look over and make sure everything is exactly how they’d want it to be.
