I’ve tried to access my account on the app couple times it keeps telling me that “we are unable to validate your information”
I have tried resetting my password but still not working 
Worst banking app ever

The app lets you see your balances....that’s really kind of it. 😒Sure, you can transfer money from Checking to Savings if you want, or load a check Mobile but that’s all.

Other banking apps let you see pending deposits like the desktop version does in the ACH warehouse. Other banking apps also have an option to have push notifications and/or text alerts for ever deposit, purchase, withdrawal. 

I like and somewhat rely on my other banking apps to inform me of purchase and deposits in real time, and thus my live balances.  Having such capabilities let me flag a fraudulent purchase shortly after it was committed. Unless i’m constantly checking my balance via the app, a purchase could occur (unless I set an E-MAIL (no text/push notification available) for a reminder when balance falls below a certain amount)) Even then, unless i’m responding or checking every push notification from my personal and work email, that’s semi useless. 

Hopefully these type options are available in the future.

I like the view, ability to complete tasks and think the app from the web- not this downloaded app- are all much more user friendly.

Half of the time when I boot the app up, it says “Login Credentials Incorrect” or something without me even getting to the login screen. Have to close the app and try again, and it works most of the time. But on nights like tonight, it just chooses not to work at all... even when all of my info is 100% right and used hundred of times to login before.

I recommend Pheple to everyone I encounter talking about banking issues. Because I have never not one issue and if there is one someone is there to help me figure it out!! I usually go to the willow crossing branch and just love all the girls there... it’s been overall the greatest experience for however long it’s been since I became a member! Thank you everyone!!
