App doesn’t work
Every time I open the app, the only option I’m given is to hit this reload button because it was “napping trying to save my battery”, but it never reloads to the app interface, just the same “reload” message. The app doesn’t load anymore and I’m bummed.
App tracks your location without permission
Even with location sharing turned off it knows when you are near a store.
Love the coffee hate the app experience
As a User Experience designer by trade there is literally no worse experience than taking my money for something they don’t have. This happens constantly - I order donuts or breakfast sandwich only to arrive and find they aren’t with my order. It is then somehow my responsibility to ask why my order is incomplete and then fight to be refunded.
If you don’t have them available just don’t let me order them! It’s a much better experience to not be able to order something than it is to order something I won’t receive and then hope their cashiers can figure out how to refund me.

Cannot even log in - FIXED!!!
**Dec 4th- it’s fixed! I received the most amazing customer support from the Phil&Seb team. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this valued as a customer! After a few calls and troubleshooting, it was determined that my account set up on the new app was incomplete. So they deleted my profile and I was able to logon successfully! My balance transferred over! Excited to use the app for Hoopla donuts too! Will have to visit a location that offers both :)*******************************
I went to Phil & Seb yesterday only to find out they changed their app. I downloaded this newer version and despite deleting and reinstalling. It keeps on giving me an error message. Saying something went wrong and to reload or try the app at a later time. Not happy at all as I have funds loaded on my previous app

Better, fresh look and workflow than the last app. Best service responses I’ve ever seen, and app updates to fix minor issues to come.
