I’ve had a great experience with them: my bills always arrive and get paid on time, and I’ve never experienced delays. Since obtaining a loan with them I have had nothing but issues and they are currently overcharging me escrow due to a mistake they made. Additionally they owe me for tax money they were refunded but I paid, over 8 months ago and they have not returned to me.
