Downloaded yesterday.  It was free.  Today went to use it, wants to charge me 4.99 to unlock and use.  What's going on?

Not right that you give away one day and then charge to use next day.

Great to have access to map offline but can't move around screen without it stalling.  Not very useful for real time maneuvering.
