Tried continually to connect spent a fortune on a lock with a useless app that will not setup still waiting for my code 4 weeks later would give you zero stars if it was an option

Really disappointed with this app . I bought a smart lock 6000 series  . The app won’t let me create a pin or delete it. I can understand the security implications but I cannot use this for my Airbnb . Please add the features. Thanks

1. Отвалился сканер qr кода шлюза
2. Шлюз - это вечная проблема, отваливается раз в месяц, надо постоянно перенастраивать
3. Самое приложение с логическими ошибками. Вбиваешь почту, пишет неверно, но дальше пропускает и присылает код активации, но добавить почту не дает. 
Продукт кошмар - не достойный марки филипс
4. Помогает только перегрузка замка, через вытаскивание батареек
