Отвалился сканер qr кода шлюза 2. Шлюз - это вечная проблема, отваливается раз в месяц, надо постоянно перенастраивать 3. Самое приложение с логическими ошибками. Вбиваешь почту, пишет неверно, но дальше пропускает и присылает код активации, но добавить почту не дает. Продукт кошмар - не достойный марки филипс 4. Worse is no response whatsoever from customer service even raise a ticket a week ago ### 1/5 — Leave this here for anyone with trouble setting Wifi *2025-05-12, version 3.7.24101402* Leaving this review for anyone struggling to change Wifi settings on the lock: 1) Follow in APP instructions to enter master mode. Ensure that you go to menu 5 and then 1, which are "network connectivity" and "add new network". You must enter menu 5 -> 1 or else you will not see the Philip_wifilock wifi option in your phone. 2) Once your phone is connected to the Philip_wifilock, follow on screen instruction and enter your master PIN code (why they decide to verify your PIN again after you've entered master mode with the same code is beyond me). 3) Troubleshoot: a) At this step, you may encounter a bug where you have entered the correct PIN, but the APP will raise an error asking for the "real" PIN. You can distinguish this from the incorrect PIN error because that one will say the PIN is incorrect. At this point, you should reset your master PIN and then try again (to reset, go to master mode menu 1). b) if you encounter error while entering "add new network" menu, where the lock will announce that the operation has failed, check your battery level and replace with new ones if battery is low. ============================================== This piece of non-combustable is practically a joke, and the highligh for me when it comes to the garbage technologies offered to HKers vs mainland and rest of the world. Corporate greed cannot care any less when it comes to user exprience (and price tag! similar models cost a fraction in mainland and elsewhere).
