The app fails to connect to Philips TAT3509 on iOS 26. The earphones are properly paired and connected via Bluetooth (audio works fine), but the app shows "Not connected" and keeps loading indefinitely. This appears to be an iOS 26 compatibility issue. Please update the app to support iOS 26. Many users are affected and cannot access EQ and ANC settings.

Não consigo mais conectar meu phone no app, ele está na lista compatível mas não funciona mais pra conectar ..as funcionalidades de cancelamento de ruído (uma das razões que comprei o phone) não funciona pois não consigo conectar no app.

Até a atualização do firmware do meu Philips TAT3509, o aplicativo funcionava perfeitamente no meu iPhone. Após a atualização, o fone continua conectando normalmente via Bluetooth e funciona para áudio, porém o aplicativo não consegue mais reconhecê-lo, impedindo qualquer configuração. Em outro celular o app funciona normalmente, o que indica uma incompatibilidade após a atualização (possivelmente com o iOS mais recente). Solicito que a Philips corrija esse problema o quanto antes, pois atualmente o aplicativo está inutilizável no meu aparelho.

제곧내.. ㄹㅇ;; 왜 있는지 알 수 없는 어플임
어플로 헤드폰 조작을 좀 할랬더니 핸드폰 용량만 차지하고 어플 작동은 무슨;; 
처음엔 로딩이 긴가..? 싶었는데 요즘 세상에 로딩이 되는것도 아니고 튕겨;; 어떻게 쓰라고 만든 어플인지 모르겠음;; 그렇다고 홈페이지 들어가면 이런건 문의도 못하고 어쩌자는 건지…웃기지도 않음 나 웬만하면 어플 리뷰도 안쓰고 특히 안좋단 얘기 거의 안하는데 이건 진짜 해야겠음;; 어플 개발자와 필립스 관계자님은 제발 이걸 보고 어플 호환성과 이런 버그..?같지도 않은 현상을 고쳐주시면 좋겠습니다

If I could give this zero stars I would. I LOVED these while they lasted(lasted 4months). 
Then one day they stopped pairing. 
I charged them and but off every Bluetooth device in my home to make sure it would ONLY connect to my phone and it worked!!! EXCEPT, now there is no sound. When looking on the app, it shows the left headphone and the case is fully charged. 
The right is depleted and I’m wondering what went wrong.

I was genuinely surprised by how sophisticated these Philips TAT319 earbuds and their associated app are, especially at around $59—roughly a third of what Apple charges. The sound quality is excellent, and I haven’t experienced any interference or audio dropouts while walking near other electronics, which was a common problem with less expensive earbuds I’ve owned.
The active noise cancellation is remarkably effective. It blocks almost all ambient noise while allowing you to focus on what you’re listening to, even in New York City’s noisy subway stations and busy streets. If you prefer to remain more aware of your surroundings—for example, if you’re concerned about someone calling your name or approaching you—you can simply switch the feature off.
Battery life has also exceeded my expectations. I get a solid 12 to 14 hours of continuous listening on a charge, making them perfect for overnight use if you like falling asleep to relaxing music or sleep sounds.
They’ve also become my go-to earbuds at the gym. They deliver powerful, clear sound for my alternative rock playlists while effectively blocking out both the gym’s background music and the surrounding noise.
Overall, these earbuds perform far above their price point. I highly recommend them.
