### 3/5 — Noise Function

*2026-08-21, version 1.8.0*

Noise feature doesn’t seem to help

### 2/5 — Bare bones / Limited use

*2026-08-20, version 1.8.0*

This app has only a limited EQ with 3 simple sliders. Can’t change double click settings, even though there is a setting for it. Not even single click functionality is useable. The presets now work better since the app has been updated but ever since connectivity has suffered. The only reason I use this app is to check battery levels and to switch to the TV Streamer but even that is a big headache because of the hearing aid’s terrible blutooth reliability. First have to play some audio for a few seconds before it recognizes the connection…only then can you switch to the TV Streamer. Good luck trying to stream to another source! Step 1: turn off Bluetooth in the phone settings. Step 2: try to play audio on the other device like an iPad. Most of the time, it won’t work until you reestablish connection in the Accessibility Settings, which requires turning on/off hearing aids. For the developer: I understand that many of these problems are inherent to Apple & Bluetooth but you should do all that resetting, reestablishing, etc. automatically for me. Every time. Be honest about all the promised functionality. If it’s not useable, take it out. Extra bonus if you build a more advanced EQ.

### 3/5 — Very glitchy

*2026-08-20, version 1.8.0*

I’m constantly having to re-set.

### 2/5 — Reconnect reconnect

*2026-08-15, version 1.8.0*

I want to love this! Especially working great with music! Yet having to reboot my phone or hearing aids almost every day for use! I just don’t understand it? When the technology is synthesized and working wonderful! Like a EV car that is charged and no issues! When glitch glitches are happening! The range anxiety or the failure limp mode EV crawling home in the emergency lane! Yeah it really takes the shine off an experience and expensive needed purchase! A hearing aid. I have wore them since I was around ten years old. So about 40 years! I know Phillips is a great brand! I want this to work! My concern is that tentative on the fence first time users would be put off. A life changing experience for them and family would be lost! An opportunity to enjoy and enhance one of our 5 senses!

### 2/5 — Not the best for my issues

*2026-08-14, version 1.8.0*

Hard to hear

### 3/5 — HearLink

*2026-08-12, version 1.8.0*

App and hearing aids disconnect randomly one ear or the other. No apparent reason with phone in close proximity. Hearing aid and app at best would be fair but not what I would consider reliable. App is updated and the reliability has declined over the last few months.

### 5/5 — Marvelous app

*2026-08-11, version 1.8.0*

The Philips HearLink 2 works like a charm - it allows me to “hear” conversations that were muffled before getting these devices! Thank you!

### 2/5 — Bluetooth

*2026-08-10, version 1.8.0*

My hearing aids keep interfering with Spotify and Waze in my car. If I turn off 1 hearing aid I’m good. They need to make a mode where I can turn Bluetooth off when in my car and it need to be an easy method!!

### 3/5 — Back ground noise

*2026-08-06, version 1.7.1*

Lots of background noises present. Obstructing the natural sound coming in.

### 5/5 — Great app to have with hearing aids

*2026-08-02, version 1.7.1*

I have been using HeartLink2 for my hearing aids for 2 years now. It is a very good app and resource to have attached to your phone. I am always checking to make sure my hearing aids are charged and to amplify, if necessary. It has also locate my hearing aids when I’ve misplaced them. What a great tool!

### 4/5 — KC

*2026-08-02, version 1.7.1*

Not working?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stop asking

*2026-08-28, version 1.8.0*

1 star since you ask all the time!

### 1/5 — endless review pop-ups

*2026-08-27, version 1.8.0*

ridiculous to have to clear my screen for endless request for reviews

### 1/5 — App no longer works

*2026-08-24, version 1.8.0*

Up until today, this app worked well and I used it frequently to change hearing modes. However, last night the new version was installed on my iPhone and it no longer works at all. I’m very unhappy, as I found that the different modes were very helpful.

### 1/5 — Harassment

*2026-08-24, version 1.8.0*

Stop asking me for reviews!!! Everyday!!!

### 1/5 — Do not work in automatic call and media audio routing!

*2026-08-19, version 1.8.0*

They do not automatically route call and media audio! Costco initially did not set up a speech in noise or HiFi Music program. I had to make a return visit. When listening to media audio, music or speech in the general program, the audio quality is like a 60’s transistor radio. Also, the LE Bluetooth connection gets corrupted by other wireless devices nearby. My KS-10 Phonak hearing aids did not have these issues, but they were out of warranty so I went into Costco to get a new pair. Costco recommended these devices.I do NOT recommend them.

### 1/5 — Second set of hearing aids where right one hardly works

*2026-08-13, version 1.8.0*

Even when I turn up the right aid as high as it goes and the left as low as it goes, the left is still twice as loud as the right!! Have already reordered a new set and it’s now happening again.

### 1/5 — To much work for little I get back

*2026-08-11, version 1.8.0*

So much feedback and constant tweaking is needed. I just want them to work.

### 1/5 — Keep turning off

*2026-08-05, version 1.7.1*

I never know when they are going to turn off. It always happens when I work out and lay down on a mat. I hate it.

### 1/5 — Stop sending these review pop ups every time I open the app!!!!!!

*2026-08-03, version 1.7.1*

It’s very annoying!!

### 1/5 — PHL2

*2026-07-29, version 1.7.1*

App is quick and clean - thx -

### 5/5 — Makes adjustments easier

*2026-08-18, version 1.8.0*

This is much easier for situational adjustments than trying to remember which ear piece to tap as it is visual. It allows for finer adjustments and modes too. If you have to wear hearing aids, this is a good app.

### 5/5 — Awesome hearing aids

*2026-08-16, version 1.8.0*

These new aids give me hearing and confidence. They are ultra convenient when paired to cel phone

### 5/5 — WORKS FOR ME

This was a great option for me, it’s easy to use, and I really do like it!

### 5/5 — Reliable

*2026-08-11, version 1.8.0*

Always connects easily. Lots of features but still user friendly. My brother has a different brand of hearing aids with a different app and he has problems with his. Not mine.
