It is easy to add more bulbs and program them. I love that you can set for light to turn on/off at desired time, great when you’re traveling. Also the wake up feature is amazing. And just adjusting brightness as needed is great. Barely use the many colors, but they’re there when needed it. The only annoying thing is that sometimes when I get home with full hands, can’t just flip a switch, I have to grab my phone to turn on light (I don't have Alexa or google to say it). But is only annoying at that moment, once lights on, I forget about it. Overall very pleased. PS: hating that I can’t post because nickname taken. I have tried so many and everything is taken. Never writing a review here again, lol. I don’t want to create “scenes” or use any that it comes with, just warm white. I had to use a 3rd Party app to do this. There also isn’t a way to set a custom color by HSV, RGB, or color temperature, which makes synchronizing those settings outside of predefined scenes difficult. Also the effects section is convoluted and a pain to navigate. I bought a Hue bulb to try it out and see how it works. I signed in through my Apple account. Within 30 minutes(!!!) it signed me out. I tried signing in again with Apple. It forced me to create a new account and when I did through Apple it said “email is already in use.” This is a $25 bulb!!!! I have recommended the system to several friends who made the plunge to install Philips Hue in their yards. That all changed with iOS 26. Since updating to iOS26, I have come to hate Philips Hue lighting. EVERY night, between 9:30 PM ET - 10:00 PM ET, the lights have a mind of their own. The front zone goes to dim while the back just shuts off. When it doesn’t shut off, it dims. EVERY night for a half-hour! It is also very random in that half hour as to when they start to act up. It’s never at the same minute from night to night. I have deleted the Automations numerous times, to only have the behaviour repeat with the new Automations. Even when I attempt to change the scenes in the Automations, it doesn’t take until after deleting and re-creating the Automations. My apps auto-update so it’s always current. Philips Hue - like WTF? Fix this garbage! Aujourd’hui tout le monde qui découvre mon domicile trouve le concept génial. Cela n’a pas toujours été le cas mais la marque a su innover. Maintenant il est facile de commander ses lumières d’intérieures au grès de son humeur ou de la situation. Un film, noël, un repas entre amis, au petit déjeuner et même lors de vos soirées romantiques. On ne résiste pas à créer à volonté des scénarios lumineux. Et depuis quelques années les luminaires extérieurs se développent tout autant qu’à l’intérieur. En bref rarement déçu, le plus souvent satisfait. A la portée de tous. Toute fois un peu cher. Mais les promos, permettent de trouver le bon prix. Et la concurrence dans tout ça, c’est pas mal mais moins bien qu’en même lorsqu’on veux équipé tout son domicile sur une seul application.
