New app does not work. I cannot save treatments. When I press save, nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone, it still does not work. Reinstalling has also deleted my bikini line treatments which are no longer in my schedule. I also can’t add them as new treatments as they are not in the list of treatment areas. So the app does absolutely nothing. Please revert to the old app which actually worked.

Philips - the app has not been working for over a month now even following an update which made zero difference. Is it ever going to be fixed? There is clearly an issue as noted by the significant number of complaints.

Hi - I have logged out and in, restarted my phone, restarted the app, it still doesn’t work. The link you sent also doesn’t work, it leads to a ‘page not found’

Another update. I can now save treatments but the app is very slow. The treatment schedule is also wrong. In the old app my touch ups were every 6-8 weeks which worked for me. The new app is forcing a 4 week touch up period with no buffer period, even if you save excellent results. There is absolutely no reason for me to do treatments that often but the app will not let me reschedule to my normal timeframes that were saved in the old app. At this point I give up, I will have to use iPhone reminders and stop using the app as it simply does not function anymore.

When I first started using my lumea, the app was a little odd but I worked out how to use it and it worked fine. Now the app has been completely revamped and it makes no sense. I completed deleted all my past treatments for one body part by accident, had to fudge the details so I could continue and now it’s still really confusing and I can’t tell when my next scheduled treatments are until it gives me a reminder the day before which makes it harder for me to plan to do them. Not at all user friendly anymore!

My data has become completely corrupted since the major update from pink to blue, it thinks I have about 5 versions of each body part on the go so I’m constantly being told I have missed treatments or have them due. Have never had an issue before, now unusable. I’ve been using it for years before now.

When you add a treatment it takes a while to go back to the screen to log another. The circle on the screen shows its ‘loading’ for sometimes 2-3 mins. Extremely slow compared to the previous version, which was instant
