Quando funciona a imagem é otima. Pena que funciona em apenas 10% das vezes que você tenta usar o aparelho. Nao recomendo.

O pós venda da Phillips e de seus distribuidores é RIDÍCULO!
Na compra do nosso produto já foi uma confusão, erraram o prazo de entrega em mais de 3 meses e desde o recebimento do produto o suporte foi um LIXO!
Comprem de outras marcas, pq até hoje o uso é difícil pq não tem suporte!

I was sent a lightning cable despite telling the sales rep that my new iPhone uses usb c and now I basically have to buy a new tablet to use the device. On top of the thousands you spend.

Continuo sem resposta pela Plhilps do Brasil. A Plhilps só envia orçamento de novo transdutor. Só quero assistencia para um aparelho avaliado em 30 mil reais, no qual não possui defeito estrutural ou de manutenção. Estou presenciando um serviço de pós -Venda péssimo. Não recomendo qualquer produto Plhilps a ninguém. Meu aplicativo não reconhece o transdutor pelos aparelhos homologados pela à Plhilps.
