J’aime bien l’application. Toutefois, pour qu’elle soit parfaite, j’aimerais bien qu’il y aille un meilleur suivi sur l’état du rasoir et des lames. Par exemple, indiquer le modèle que nous utilisions et l’app nous dirait comment bien l’entretenir, comment fonctionne-elle et à quoi a servent chaques lames et accessoires dans le kit.

I’m not sure why this app exists other than to sell you more blades.  All the content and tips are very generic and can be found with web search.  Was hoping for more content with videos showing how to best use the product I bought

The app doesn’t sync properly with products registered on the website. I already have a product with an extended guarantee, but the app still shows that I need to extend the guarantee.

J’ai donc la version connecté du one blade. Ce rasoir est génial : plus aucune irritation, rase tout le corps, compact, pas cher à l’usage, facile à emporter partout, autonomie suffisante, pas cher à l’achat… je n’ai jamais eu mieux, malgré l’achat de plein de rasoirs différents. 

L’application est finalement loin d’être un gadget : on sait si la batterie est ok, on suit le temps de rasage. Bon ce n’est pas pour cela qu’on choisit un one blade mais je ne regrette pas d’avoir pris le modèle connecté (en promo moins cher que le modèle standard…)

Je recommande à 100%. L’essayer c’est l’adopter !

I love this razor. It shaves in both directions and doesn’t require me to use shaving cream at all. I don’t break out in my neck area like I used to with other electric shavers. I really have no complaints at all. This is the best electric razor I’ve ever used and will continue to use the OneBlade as far into the future as I can see. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Philips 360 OneBlade is amazing and it shaves very close and it leaves my skin very smooth it’s a lot better then all the shaves I’ve ever had and I would recommend it to ever one

If you’re looking for information on how to put the device together or how to use it this app doesn’t have it. It asks you for the exact model you have—and then does nothing with that information.

1. I’ll report this to product & content teams (app lacks assembly/use instructions and ignores selected device model).
2. Quick checks: update the app, restart it, or reinstall — sometimes content downloads after fresh start.
3. Please send: app version, device model chosen, and a screenshot of the screen where it asks for model. I’ll escalate with that info.

### 1/5 — Stopped connecting, won’t add Oneblades to account. Useless then and so deleted

I had two Oneblades registered and it’s decided to stop connecting. I removed the Oneblades and went or add them back and interestingly it says they are still connected but the app is unable to find these devices to add back to the account. So the app is now useless. It would have been more useful to have a battery indication on the device as now it’s best guess without the app. I uninstalled the app, resonated it and tried again. Same result. Waste of time so I’ve deleted my account and deleted the app - I won’t be back. Poor effort from Philips.

You take a photo of the blade and it’s always “good”, but in reality it’s not and I had to switch it on my own instincts :(

L’application est censée pouvoir ajouter des modèles non connectés mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Après plusieurs échanges avec le SC, pour eux c’est normal (!!!). 
Oui, c’est normal d’avoir des fonctionnalités dans l’appli et documentées dans son aide en ligne qui ne fonctionnent pas vous avez bien lu. 
Le standard qualité chez les dev Philips est étrange!

Réponse aux dev : j’ai essayé de réinstaller l’app ça ne change rien.  J’ai déjà contacté le SC et ouvert un ticket avec toutes les infos demandées : on m’a dit que c’était normal que l’app ne permette pas d’ajouter autre chose que la 360 « connected ». Donc corrigez votre app qui laisse la possibilité d’ajouter tous les modèles alors que c’est impossible.

Ich konnte den One Blade nicht in Betrieb nehmen. Die Papieranleitung war nicht aufschlussreich, dass per Geräte ID hinzugefügte Produkt in der App war nicht das von mir. Dementsprechend konnte die App auch keine Hilfe bieten.

I can’t believe that I got through the last 50 odd years of shaving without a one blade let alone the app which tells me if my shaving speed was good or if my blade needs changing
Definitely recommend to anyone who has a beard or other hairy bits it’s a personal grooming sensation

Without a doubt, this is the best damn shaver ever! Ease of use, excellent results and costs much less than other electric shavers! I’d never travel with anything else and I own a Braun shaver which costs five times more with the same results. Bravo to the team that came up with this concept at Phillips!
