The interfere/webpage of device is dead, 10x bigger something like lost CSS style file

The account of the app is often disconnected. Basically, every time it is opened, it is disconnected and you need to log in again. This is the first time I have encountered this since I used the Internet of Things device. 
The water purifier is also difficult to use. It is offline from time to time. It needs to be turned off and restarted. It has been less than 3 times a year. Other brands of Internet of Things equipment (such as Media air fryer, Media rice cooker, etc.) in the kitchen are normal.

连接水机后 可以看到水机状态 但不能修改温度水量 也不能修改智能记忆 应用支持页面是404
