Non si riesce a configurare il dispositivo con l’app mi esce il messaggio dispositivo usato da altri

L’applicazione é fondamentalmente inutile, non funziona nulla. Le istruzioni per il collegamento del dispositivo sono pure sbagliate, nel mio caso posseggo un welcome eye connect pro e nelle istruzioni di collegamento l’app dice di scegliere il Wi-Fi e inserire la password direttamente da un menu sul dispositivo che però é inesistente provando a procedere dicendo che il dispositivo non é ancora collegato a Internet fa scannerizzare il QR-code e riconosce il dispositivo da inserire Wi-Fi e password manualmente e poi parte un count down per il collegamento che ovviamente non funziona mai. É veramente vergognoso nel 2025 proporre un’applicazione del genere.
Metto una stella solo perché non posso metterne meno ma sarebbe da valutazione negativa (-5 stelle)

Cette application me sauve la vie parfois, et d’autres fois, pas du tout je reste dehors parce que ça ne se connecte pas … bref ce serait bien que l’application fonctionne avec Google et avec Apple CarPlay aussi
C’est parfait d’avoir la sonnerie sur tel et de pouvoir parler et ouvrir à distance

Déjà 3 ans que nous utilisons et aucune améliorations… toujours le bug des notifications qui n’arrivent pas sur mon smartphone. Pas d’amélioration avec la possibilité de savoir si le portail fermé ou ouvert… et toujours une vraie galère à paramétrer…

L’ensemble fonctionne, mais seulement 3 fois sur 4, au mieux. Les sonneries sont très limitées, pas agréables, et le nombre minimum de sonneries est trop élevé, bref on court pour faire taire la sonnerie au plus vite.

Serait il possible de pouvoir consulter les vidéos enregistrées sur le visiophone directement depuis l’application svp ?

We kochten deze bel aan en installeerden deze.  De lens verkleurde heel snel door de zon.  De bel reageert wel snel met je smartphone en de mensen horen je goed praten.  De app installeren op je smartphone is niet heel simpel en vaak moet je alles verwijderen en opnieuw installeren.  Nu horen we constant 3 bieptonen elk kwartier gedurende de ganse dag en nacht.  Uiteindelijk de bel uitgezet. Ik nam contact op met Philips zowel in België en Nederland en niemand die kan helpen. Ze verwijzen je dan door naar een nummer om te bellen maar bij deze nummer krijg je de melding dat deze niet meer in gebruik is.  Ik vind dit een dure aankoop voor hetgeen het is.
