This app should only let me know when my coffee is ready - that’s it. All other notifications should be disabled ### 2/5 — Unusable in its current state *2026-06-20, version 2.21.0* The navigation is terrible but the real problem is the app not updating your order. I got the complete wrong item ordered when the app showed me the correct one. At least the locations are accurate. ### 2/5 — Not practical *2026-06-06, version 2.20.1* In order to just simply get into the app, you have to first put a location you will pick up order at. Not practical if you don’t want to order ahead or if you just want to see how many points you have or look ahead at menu. I just wanted to see where I was with points and couldn’t bc it was after 6pm and all stores were close so you couldn’t access til the next day when the store was open. Silly ### 3/5 — Bug in the app *2026-05-29, version 2.20.1* Every time you try to sign in the confirm your store location pops up. Super annoying and probably losing you customers, Philz! It’s been about 4 days . When it was working it was ok. Updating my review. It wasn’t working due to having NORD VPN running. I have had issues with my orders that last several pick ups and would like to let someone know but unable to do so unless I randomly get prompted to leave feedback for a previous order. I no longer support a company who is now showing signs of being homophobic and non-supportive of a community (patrons and workers) who identify as LGBTQ. The company is starting align itself with an ethics and ethos that vacate its historic representation. Ordering the same thing as yesterday should be way easier- many clicks involved Update - the developer states the frequent “which store” notification is after a “period of inactivity”. Terrible app. App makes you choose location when you open which is annoying if you are at store in person. It logs you out, re-log in too often. In app promotions do not get scanned but codes put in that are glitchy. Now I can access account info and past orders etc from the app no matter what time of day I happen to be looking for it and whether or not a store is closed. :-) ORIGINAL CRITIQUE: Not sure why but in the latest March 2026 version of the app, the only thing you can do when you open the app is to try to find the nearest store and then place an order. If it is at night time and none of these stores are open, You cannot do anything else at all with the app: You can’t look for your account information, try to view a generic store menu, update credit card, see recent purchases or anything… Literally the only thing you can do when you open the app is look for the nearest store. It’s actually kind of frustrating from the account user perspective. While the ordering of the drinks is very easy, they need to fix this because sometimes people need to access their account information using the mobile app. ### 5/5 — App UX very nice and easy to use *2026-05-07, version 2.20.0* Was shocked with the low rating.
