It gave me two paid plan options with a 7 day free trial, I figured it wouldn't harm anything doing a free trial, and I can always cancel it later. I try using my apple wallet, it declines. I thought that's odd since it's a free trial, it shouldn't charge anything and I have money in my account. I add a new payment method via paypal and it goes through. I think see failed charged for 32 DOLLARS and a charge of 32 dollars on my paypal. I go to look at my apple account and it says "Free" under what I paid, which it should've been but no. They charged me 32 dollars for a subscription that actually only was $25 a month so it shouldn't have even been $32 and that had a free trial before being charged. Absolute SCAM!!!!! do NOT fall for it. Also, the app was stupid and didn't actually have anything useful as far as studying. ### 2/5 — I don’t trust their answers *2025-06-12, version 1.0* There are questions that ask how NOT to perform a task and their correct answer is the opposite: how to correctly perform the task. There are questions with more than one correct answer so you choose one and they mark it wrong even though in the explanation it says it’s correct. Other questions there are two identical correct answers but if you don’t choose the answer at the top of the list, it scores it as incorrect. These frequently occurring errors make me doubt the whole app. ### 2/5 — It’s a good tool to have, but… *2024-12-02, version 1.0* I’ve been using this as a study aide for the past week. Today is day 7 and the “free tests” no longer allow me to take them without paying. It prompts me to subscribe or get 7 days for free to unlock everything. I wait 24 hours and take the daily question and free test every night at the same time. Tonight, it is not allowing me to do so. I feel confident to recertify and excited to continue reviewing. I used it EMT school to help quiz me on some of the basic knowledge I needed to know for school and for the state test in national test that I passed on both for the first go round once you made me very happy.
