## What is Phlex Phitness?

Phlex Phitness is a non-profit Fitness Training company that contributes to the advancement of children of color and their families through physical activity while combating childhood depression and obesity. Every energized member of our Phittness Phamily has access to use physical activity to become their best selves mentally and physically levering exercise to relieve stress and boost confidence. 

We specialize in training young athletes from adolescents to college students while servicing the rest of their families by providing personalized workout plans and private exercise sessions. We strive to mold all of our Phitness Phamily to Phlex everyday by participating in exercise and humbly putting their best foot forward. 

We have created an app to get the entire family up and working out! Guess what else? All our workouts can be done at HOME or in the GYM! Whatever your preference!

This app includes:
-	Workouts for the entire family 
-	Select sports training workouts
-	Monthly workout challenges
-	Monthly Smoothie Recipes
