Is it possible to import previous swimming sessions from Health? ### 2/5 — Great concept, unreliable sensor, and lousy customer support *2024-12-25, version 1.0.41* My son’s swim coach wanted him to pilot this for the rest of the team. First two months worked great. Then the sensor completely stopped working. We couldn’t get anyone to reply to our emails, the coach tried to email… no response. My son also placed in the top 10 in the virtual league and was promised an arena bag for one season and goggles for the other. Even though we provided our contact and mailing information we still haven’t received these (it’s been over two months) It makes me wonder if this is still a viable company. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-08-13, version 1.0.35* The app doesn’t work I tracked a workout through my Apple Watch and the workout isn’t showing up nor is the points that I would have gotten. I also wish all of the features were free because it would make the app so much better. I be watching Phlex compilations, I monitor my Phlex heart rate all the time with this, I lowkey be forgetting how much I swam but Phlex got my back. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Phlex. If Phlex has 100 fans I’m one of them, if Phlex has 10 fans I’m one of them, if Phlex has 1 fan, I’m the only one, if Phlex has no fans I no longer exist. ### 5/5 — Wow! Incredibly difficult to sync the results from the watch app to the phone app. Bluetooth synching rarely works. Not all workouts show up or display. Heart rate monitor is terrible too although that might be the watch. Distance is way off…by almost 350 meters on every workout. However there are no synching issues or heart rate monitoring issues when using the Apple swim workout app. Wildly inaccurate with measuring distance; off by, if you’re lucky, by a minimum of 125 meters and usually upwards of being off approximately 350 meters for total distance. Support is TERRIBLE…no one responds to service questions. Website offers no support or help; all the website does it point you to Polar synching. Overall it is terrible…just terrible; not one function is remotely accurate.
