App never works properly, it's glitching all the time. Not being able to provide all the necessary information about my insurance (benefits, deductions, contacting virtual assistance, etc.) nothing works. Horrible

This app is garbage and kicks you out with an error message stating unexpected error occurred. I even tried deleting and redos loading the latest version of the app and every time it crashes and closes.

I just downloaded the app & entered new info for username & password, which I am supposed to create.  It says “incorrect information” every time.
